- Inner Child - confidence, grounding, healing inner trauma.
Thank you Vlada for being apart of this experience!
I started my inner journey about a year ago. I was identifying triggers within me when in conflict with my children. I wanted to learn more about the meaning of these emotions. I searched for guidance and knowledge from different places about reparenting.
For me Regression Therapy with Vlada Lisinenko has been really powerful. She was so professional and present when guiding me and I felt so safe exploring my subconscious. This experience for me has been like no other. It was exactly what I needed to understand more about me, and has been an amazing tool to heal from inner trauma.
So for anyone wanting to go on an inner journey. I can really recommend Vlada's work!

About this journey:
We worked on a strong intention during a several months journey and every layer that opened up from the core of the issue, we experienced as a totally forgotten moment, having a huge impact on the future life, including patterns, behaviour and struggles, both privately and professionally. Client experienced a permanent change in the way of acting in the same situations and attracting new, more positive flow.
I believe in slowing down, wonder and presence as the key to healing. In a world of acceleration and chaos, the noise of information and the pressure of stress, I invite you to stop running and create a space to feeling and experiencing. My work revolves around the embodiment of energy, truth, opening, expanding and as result, transformation.
Participants often experience release, clarity, and connection to their creative flow, along with renewed energy, intuition, and a deeper sense of balance and presence.
The transformational coaching is based on individual sessions, workshops, training courses and retreats. These programs create gentle yet powerful shifts in strength, safety, and self-awareness, supporting both personal and professional breakthrough.

When you are sensitive to stimuli, you notice everything. You notice the atmosphere in a room, the subtle shift in someone’s voice and what is needed before it is even spoken. This sensitivity is a strength.
However, when you constantly direct your attention outward, you slowly lose contact with your inner compass and your head starts working overtime. This is exactly what happens with bigger decisions. Meanwhile, your body is still holding onto things that have not been processed.
Over time, this creates stress and doubt. You have a vague but persistent feeling that you are not fully in the right place, yet you have no clarity about what to change.
Not because you are not brave, but because your system does not know any other way, while the old way does not work.
Direction only becomes audible in silence, in a relaxed body and a natural, unforced breath. And from that place, your choices begin to change.

Breathing is an important part of my coaching work. It is like the 'blueprint' of our body, registering its pattern, depth, rhythm, frequency, etc.
For me, as the guide, it is a red thread, and for the coachee, a red thread and an anchor. Due to its depth and gentleness, I would compare this form to Yin Yoga: a feminine way to prepare the body to release and receive.
As well as learning about Breath as Medicine in one-to-one coaching sessions, you can also join group sessions and training courses.
Read more about this unique transformational breathing form and the Breath & Laughter as Medicine sessions on my Laughter Academy website.

Most of what you do each day is unconscious. You breathe, think, react, make choices, have doubts and form beliefs largely on autopilot. Imagine it as an iceberg: only a small part is visible above the surface, while the greater part quietly directs your life below the surface.
Hypnosis is a natural, focused state of awareness that enables you to access this deeper area. You are neither asleep nor out of control. You are guided into a state where the noise of the mind softens and your subconscious becomes more accessible.
Regression therapy takes this a step further. It helps you trace emotional patterns back to their origin. Many of our fears, insecurities, and feelings of 'not being enough' are formed in early life, sometimes even before we have the words to understand what we are experiencing. The body remembers what the mind has forgotten.
You can learn to cope with these patterns. Alternatively, you can choose to transform them.
Through hypnosis and regression, we address the root cause rather than the symptoms. We access stored emotions, outdated beliefs and unconscious loyalties, and gently release what no longer serves you. This isn't about reliving the past for its own sake, but about freeing yourself from the things that still shape your present.
When your subconscious shifts, space opens where there used to be tension.
From there, real change becomes possible. You can then notice this change in your behaviour and interactions within your life.

Most of what we do isn’t actually decided by the part of the mind we’re aware of. In fact, cognitive science suggests that only 5–10% of our thoughts and decisions are consciously generated, with the remaining 90–95% being influenced by the subconscious. This subconscious influence is shaped by past experiences, emotions, habits, and implicit memory, all of which operate below the level of conscious awareness. In other words, our perception of the world and our responses to life are largely driven by patterns formed during our early development and life experiences rather than by deliberate choice.
Neuroscience helps to explain this inner landscape through brainwave research.
When we are actively thinking and alert, the brain produces beta waves (13–30 Hz), which are associated with focus and external attention.
When we relax, whether through meditation, hypnosis or deep breathing, slower rhythms emerge. Alpha waves (8–12 Hz) signal calm and receptive states that bridge the gap between conscious awareness and deeper processes.
Theta waves (4–7 Hz) become more prominent as we enter a state of deeper relaxation or introspection, which is linked with intuition, memory access and creativity.
These shifts are not just subjective; they are evident in EEG and neurophysiological studies of meditation and mindfulness, demonstrating how relaxed awareness can alter neural dynamics and support emotional regulation.
This is why practices such as meditation, breathwork and guided visualisation / trance help us access the subconscious layer, where our core beliefs, automatic reactions and conditioned responses are stored. This allows us to observe and transform patterns that used to run behind the scenes.
Research in contemplative neuroscience shows that sustained mindful practice is associated with reliable changes in brain activity and connectivity, including improvements in emotional regulation and stress resilience.
Even at a societal level, approaches that prioritise inner well-being alongside external conditions, such as Bhutan's Gross National Happiness framework, reflect the idea that psychological and emotional health are integral to flourishing and not just material success.
In the work with our subconscious, we guide the nervous system into a state where it can relax, reorganise and respond differently, because lasting inner change arises when the subconscious becomes a conscious ally.

Before this client came to me, she tried for a long time to get rid of depression (and certain unpretty situations frequently happening in her life. The only possible way the doctor could do to her, was an anti-depressant.
Process: no endless journeys based on only cognitive approach, saving time and money, no poison into her body.
As result: Free, light, joyful, glad and more herself.
"I have been aware about my traumas and triggers for quite some time, but my conscious mind couldn't take me further. I needed to break a pattern on all levels and I needed a professional help in it.
Vlada welcomed me with open arms and unlike other coaches I've met in my life, she didn't try to sell me a product or to convince me of a 'right or wrong'.
The experience was so much deeper and bigger than what I could ever predict. I was like a part in my thinking brain finally clicked - I released the dysfunctional belief about myself, my being.
My nervous system started to relax, my fears to express myself were gone.
'The shift' is still there, it truly changed my mental health to the better and created more space for joy!"

- From Fear to Connect - To Beautiful new Relationship.
"Already after the first hypnosis/ Regression session with Vlada, a persistent theme in me was dying and transforming step by step. Immediately after the session I felt lighter and relieved and in was continuing to work through.
Thank you Vlada for your love and beautiful gift of connecting with parts of me I couldn't reach myself.
It was deep and beautiful!"
- Vanessa from The Netherlands
About this journey:
It was very interesting when the client shared something remarkable what she experiences at her gym right after the first session: she felt much stronger and even dared to pull much more weight, what surprised her personal trainer. It was not a goal during our session, but a beautiful side-effect of her inner work.
- Healing childhood trauma, Grounding.
"First I met Vlada online during the 'Breath as Medicine' online training course and joined an individual coaching journey later. I like her style for coaching and healing very much. What it brought me:
Using breathing excersises that I have learned I can relax quickly and deeply and be able to release (or be with) pain that shows up. As result I feel myself every time more confident and more ancored. That helps me to handle the daily issues, especially during this time.
After the sessions I experience a tingling in my hands and feets, a better blood circulation, more energy and perseverance.
I enjoyed creative sessions very much, especially paining on the wall during the rebuilding of my house! That was a good exercise!
The regression session helped me to heal my childhood trauma. It was very clarifying, relieved and puritying.
Of course, I am aware about an integration of all practice into the everyday life."
- Elisabeth from The Netherlands
About this journey:
The client found her way of being able to handle challenging situations on her own, having struggles in her daily life and relationships, caused by bipolarity and ADHD.
