My name is Vlada, and I have spent at least 15 years holding powerful spaces and programs where impactful ideas become reality.
Passionate about sustainability, innovation, personal development and visionary arts, I have developed this program to its full potential, creating a sustainable process spread over four seasons.
I interpret an idea as a living system that goes through all the stages of growth in its Idea Garden.
Clear Vision 2026 - Idea Garden is a year-journey, where you create a clear vision for your life or work and receive ongoing support to bring it into reality.
This is not a one-off workshop. It is a living process of planting, tending, growing and harvesting.

To keep the programme accessible to solopreneurs, we customise the depth and content of the journey. We consider each case individually to determine the optimal number and frequency of transformational coaching sessions for exploring and realising your idea in the most sustainable and impactful way.

Vlada is a Transformational coach, Trainer/ Facilitator and multi-Artist. For more than fifteen years, she has been developing and guiding workshops, training courses and retreats around the topics Visualisation & Manifestation, Clear Vision, Purpose, Essence, Discover your Strength, Liberate your Authentic Self-Expression, Beauty as Medicine, Breath as Medicine, Doodling Alchemy etc.
Participants often describe a sense of release and clarity, experience their own creative flow, balance, rest and renewed energy, a gentle but powerful shift in softness and strength, safety and love, getting motivated and inspired, getting a clearer connection to their intuition and exploring talents, and in deep journeys people go through their transformation.
